Photography Shoots:
- Booking Fees: The booking fee secures your session date and is non-refundable. It covers our time and ensures our commitment to your session.
- Rescheduling: We understand schedules can change. You may reschedule your session up to 5 days before the original date at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your session, the booking fee is non-refundable. However, if you notify us within 10 days of your session date, we can transfer the booking fee to a future session.
Printed Images:
- Quality Assurance: We take pride in the quality of our printed images. Each print is carefully inspected before delivery to ensure it meets our high standards.
- Damaged or Defective Prints: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective print, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our printed images, refunds are not typically offered once the printing process has begun. However, if there are extenuating circumstances, please reach out to discuss your situation with us.
Digital Products:
- Downloading and File Retention: Upon delivery of digital images, it is your responsibility to download and safely retain your files. We may retain files for a limited period; however, we do not guarantee permanent storage.
- Technical Support: We provide technical support to assist with downloading and accessing your digital files. Please contact us if you encounter any issues.

Courier lost/delayed my package! What should i do?
We are very sorry to hear that your shipment may have experienced an issue on couriers end! Meaningful Thoughts LLC is not responsible for errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed items or lost packages. We can still help you! Please open a claim so we can follow the issue with the courier. In many cases couriers will be able to locate lost packages and rearrange delivery. Meaningful Thoughts LLC is responsible to purchase the service of your chose from the couriers (next day, ground delivery etc at an additional cost), however couriers do not guarantee transit time (including expedited air shipments), in the event of any delay, they will not refund or compensate the fees.
